"Lapsecho" (hereinafter "the App") is an iOS / Android app provided by Harvest Lab (sole proprietor, representative: Keiko Onodera) for timelapse and fixed-point observation capture and video export. This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled in the App.

The App does not transmit photos or project data that you capture or create to external servers.

The following data that you create or configure within the App is stored only on your device:

• Project name and type (continuous capture / fixed-point observation)
• Project settings such as capture interval and ghost overlay
• File references to captured photos (frames)
• Export settings (frame interval, FPS, crossfade, etc.)
• Pro purchase status (cached on device)

This data is not sent to Harvest Lab or any third-party server. No account registration or sign-in is required.

• Project information and settings are stored in AsyncStorage (internally UserDefaults or equivalent local storage).
• Captured photos are stored in the app's document directory or other local storage on your device.
• Exported MP4 videos are generated on your device and saved to the Photos library only when you choose to save them there.
• Deleting the App removes stored projects, captured data, and settings from your device.
• Backups follow your iOS / Android system backup settings (depends on OS settings).

The App uses your device's camera for timelapse and fixed-point observation capture.

• Photos taken with the camera are stored on your device and are not sent to external servers.
• Permission to add to the Photos library is used only when you save an exported video to the Photos app.
• Camera and Photos permissions can be changed at any time in your iOS / Android Settings app.

The App does not use the microphone (no recording permission is requested).

In the free version, to help cover operating costs, banner ads served by Google AdMob are displayed only on the export completion screen after a video export finishes. No ads are shown on the capture screen or during export processing. If you purchase the Pro version (in-app purchase described below), banner ads on the export completion screen are not displayed.

AdMob may collect the following information for ad delivery:

• Advertising ID (IDFA / GAID)
• Device OS version and model information
• Approximate location (country / region level, derived from IP address)
• Ad interaction history (impressions and clicks)

The App is configured to request Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) from AdMob.

On iOS 14.5 and later, a dialog asking "Allow this app to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites?" (App Tracking Transparency / ATT) is shown the first time you export a video (before ads are prepared).

• If you allow tracking: Ads may be delivered using your advertising ID (IDFA).
• If you deny tracking: Non-personalized ads are delivered. In the free version, ads on the export completion screen continue to be shown.

You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

The App is free to download. You may optionally purchase a one-time Pro upgrade (in-app purchase).

• Payment and purchase history are handled through the Apple App Store / Google Play and are not sent to our servers.
• Pro includes: no export watermark, high-resolution export, unlimited projects, and no banner ads on the export completion screen
• To restore purchases on another device, use each store's "Restore Purchases" feature.

The free version has limits including a maximum of 3 projects, export resolution up to 720p, and watermarked exports.

The App does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or any other first-party analytics tools. We do not collect or transmit usage data, crash reports, or other user-generated data.

Diagnostic data (crashes, performance information) that the AdMob SDK may collect for ad delivery is handled under Google's policies as described above.

Network communication in the App is limited to the following:

• Banner ad delivery on the export completion screen in the free version (Google AdMob)
• In-app purchases and purchase restoration (Apple App Store / Google Play)

Photos, videos, and project data that you capture or export are not sent to Harvest Lab or any third-party server.

The App does not disclose data you capture or create (photos, videos, project settings, etc.) to third parties.

Advertising-related information obtained through AdMob is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.

The App is suitable for all ages (4+). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.

If a user under 13 uses the App, we recommend that parents or guardians decide whether to allow AdMob ad delivery, ATT permission, and in-app purchases according to their household policies.

If this policy is updated, the latest version will be posted on this page. For significant changes, we will notify users through release notes or similar channels when the App is updated.
